Returns Eligibility

- Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Return an Item

- Return Authorization – We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship the Item – Pack your item securely and send it to the address provided in our return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
